Ever think about the difference between stay at home mothers and those mothers who make the choice to work outside of the home, or better yet don't make the choice but have to work outside of the home due to the current economic conditions in our country?
Sarah Bryden-Brown, a lovely lady, blogging mastermind, and of course friend of mine put all of these questions together for 13 of your favorite bloggers to actually answer in an eBook.
All written from first hand experience by they mothers.
Some of the bloggers include Ali Wing (the founder of Giggle), Rachel Aydt who guest blogged right here on my site and also writes on the Huffington Post parenting section now, and Robin Farr another favorite of mine.
All amazing writers, bloggers, and mothers who have a lot of good insight on the topic of being a stay at home mother, verses being a working mom.
I really wish I had submitted something myself looking back on it now, because in the past couple months I have really started to call myself a working mother since I am actually starting to consider all that I do an actual job. I mean, if you are being paid to do something it is a job right?
It certainly has opened my eyes because I use to be the one who would insist I would never be a working mom while my kids were young, and now look at me. Just goes to show everyone and everything changes, especially after you have kids.
You can never predict the future. That was just my naive 22 year old mother self. It is amazing what four years will do for growth.
So yourself a favor and go download it! It is only $6.99 and worth every cent!
