Blingerz Blinging Out My Shoes!

This month I had the opportunity to review Blingerz. I was excited because I am like a little kid at heart and love sparkly things. It is the truth!  Don't judge me!

Now mind you these are typically marketed for young girls, even up to teenagers. Both of which I do not have... of course in a couple more years Addison will not longer be an infant, and I am sure we will be getting these for her as well.

But man, this review was a pleasure to do.
Starting off with the way the product was sent. They had me at hello with Wonka Candy, glow sticks, Mad Libs, and bath bubbly.  I give the ladies at Blingerz two big thumbs up for presentation! Over the years I have got a lot of different products to review, and try out... and this was the best presentation by far.

I got all different kinds including the green flower, rainbow, pink and clear, and pink peace.

I wanted to figure out creative ways that I could use them, and which shoes I wanted to place them on.   Then I remembered the perfect shoes I could try. Mind you... I have a lot of shoes which is probably why it was such a difficult choice.

Once I found the perfect pair, I cleaned the toes with the alcohol pads that come with the Blingerz, which mind you I probably would have never thought of if they didn't actually come with the sets themselves!

Then I pealed them off to place onto the shoe. If you look closely at the photograph of the sets, you can see there is a break in the pattern. This is because the Blingerz come in two difference pieces to be way easier to put onto the shoe itself.  Although they are pretty simple to get on without the pattern being split.

As you can see I was able to get them on pretty perfectly minus the top row of purple. My own mistake though, because I should have started placing them on a little bit lower on the toe than I did.
Overall it was super easy, and they came on great.

I ended up wearing them all day and not a single stone moved at all. And with three kids I am chasing after, that really says something good for the quality of the stickiness of the Blingerz.  Stickiness? Is that even a word?

Then I started to get a little more creative. I wear sandals all year long. And most of the time I have my Adidas sandals on. Whether I am using them as house shoes, or whatever... Oh!  And I wear socks with my sandals sometimes too!

So I decided to Blingerz out my house sandals. For real!  I am that Mom that needs blinded out sandals to wear around the house.  Yup!  That is me!

Now mind you, I wear these most of the time. And they are still holding strong. Drove the car, went out to eat, kicked it around the fire house for a bit... not a missing stone.

Oh, and even if I do end up with a missing stone, did I mention that the Blingerz actually include replacement stones in the package itself, so you don't have to worry about having one random missing stone. Genius!

Doesn't it look like a ton of fun?  Especially for little girls right?  Want to win some Blingerz for you and your kids?  And they are far more affordable than the blingy shoes on the market.  Only $7.95 for a set. Made by moms with budgets in mind!

But remember, these are novelty items!  They are not mean to last forever!

Now you can enter to win your own Blingerz and a $15 gift certificate to Toys R Us!
